They wanted to commission a website renewal but had little in-house knowledge to run everything from requirements to vendor selection. Balancing proper procurement with subsequent development quality was the challenge.

We supported drafting the RFP and designing and running the competition. After selection, we joined as the development partner and handled everything from requirements to release.

The trust built during the procurement phase has grown into a continuing partnership. Today, as an ongoing operational partner, we take on the work itself across a broad range: site updates and operations (CMS and SharePoint modifications, including proprietary CMSs), internal and meeting materials, video production and localization including interview shoots, print materials such as brochures and exhibition tools, ad operations across SEO, SEM, and social with monthly reporting, and multilingual support spanning Japanese-English, Chinese, Korean, and Spanish. Working as a team rather than depending on a single person, we ease internal resource strain and keep projects moving forward.
