They needed to balance the accessibility required by government standards with a CMS that staff could operate continuously.

We handled WCAG level-AA accessibility, CMS construction and content development in one package, designing it so that staff without specialized knowledge could update it.

We supported a large-scale educational information site run by a public-sector body in the education field, continuously from launch through roughly four years of operation. While planning and producing educational content, we backed up accessibility not just as policy but at the implementation level, verifying each item: text-to-background contrast (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text), keyboard-only operation, screen-reader-friendly heading structure and alternative text, and visible focus states. We also prepared input guidelines geared toward ongoing operation, building a setup where content can be added and updated after launch without losing quality.

We achieved an operating structure where staff can work independently while meeting public standards — delivering a site that can be operated continuously after launch.
